Why we built it
We place dedicated billers with US practices and billing companies. The question we heard most from practice owners was not about price. It was: “How do I know the work is actually being done?”
A monthly report cannot answer that. By the time it arrives, the problems it shows are weeks old. Practice owners told us they wanted three things: to see the work daily, to see every claim’s status without calling anyone, and to see what their billing spend actually returned. The portal is built around those three answers.

Visibility changes how billing gets done
When the work is visible, problems surface early. A denial pattern shows up in the first week, not the third month. An authorization gap is caught before the visit, not after the claim bounces. And conversations with your billing team change from “what happened?” to “what should we do next?”
